Global Ed is the equipping arm of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.
We exist to develop leaders who will impact their world through self-sustainable church-planting missional movements.
Global Ed assists national churches in equipping leaders in over 30 countries through 30 partner institutions and numerous extension programs. More than 40 missionaries partner with 175 national teachers who assist in training more the 3,500 resident and 12,000 extension students, with a special focus on untrained but actively functioning pastors.

Irving is passionate about theological education around the globe. He has served both overseas as well as in leadership in Canada. He is well known and knows well the reality of PAOC’s equipping arm in many of the countries where we are developing leaders, growing churches and changing communities through education.
